On Long Island, there are so many talented Hair and Makeup Artists. And one is nicer than the other. Here is one of the Teams that I work with. When I have clients, I learn about their style, and I reach out to the beauty professional that I believe will best fit their aesthetic.

As a Long Island Portrait photographer, I try to find clever ways to market myself. This January, I participated in a Bridal Expo for the first time. People who know me would find that ironic because I typically do not shoot weddings. It’s not my specialty, and there are many others out there.

Kristen and Hari’s Engagement portrait session was so much fun! As a Long Island portrait photographer, I’m always asked to photograph weddings, and I decline every time. It simply is not my specialty. But these two make me want to reconsider.
