What is a magazine style,
signature portait experience?

It’s anything you want it to be and that is the most honest answer I can provide. This portrait photography session is typically focused on women ages 5 to 105. The oldest woman I have photographed at my studio was 1 week before her 94th birthday with her 65 year old daughter.

It means we start with a concept, help you prepare for the session with beauty tips and what to wear, hand select backgrounds, create and build custom sets to compliment your style. We guide you through the session to find the best angles and variety of expressions of you throughout the session. We professionally retouch your images to your taste and provide beautiful printed and digital image packages for your collection to be displayed on a wall or in a fine art album.

It’s better than a day at the spa, and you’ll have beautiful images to remind you how beautiful you are and that you’re worth being photographed professionally just the way you are. We use professional lighting, great lenses, guided poses and top it all off with professional retouching to make sure your images look the way YOU want them to.

During our consultation, I take the time to learn what’s important to you and what you want from your images. Some women want a session primarily about themselves, but others want to bring in their partner, sister, daughter or best friend. We will always offer you the option to bring your loved ones towards the end of the session for a family portrait. And why not, because you’ll already look absolutely fabulous?

This is a great idea for mothers & daughters, sisters, besties, birthday parties, bridal parties, brides, seniors and of course, pregnant women. We will love to help plan your day of glamour for any occasion or just because you deserve it!

Christina Kramer Portrait's Signature Portrait Photography sessions can be a fun family photoshoot, a creative portrait session, or classy mother daughter photos.

We try to learn about everything you love and we will build sets, choose backgrounds, include props, mold light, work with composition and even composite images to create the most interesting and visually compelling one of a kind images that will match your aesthetic and create your work of art. It’s not uncommon for us to turn the ordinary into something extraordinary one way or another to bring your vision to life. If you have a concept or idea we would LOVE to work with you!

The experience

1. CONSULTATION & DESIGN SESSION
We will talk about process works, organization, questions, your personal style, your upcoming career goals for your personal brand/business… We can discuss wardrobe, makeup, styling and whether you’d like to shoot in studio, on location, or both This consultation is complimentary with no obligation to book.

2. PROFESSIONAL HAIR & MAKEUP SERVICES
Based on the chosen package, an experienced stylist will be on site to pamper and prepare you for your shoot. Every detail, from backdrop to wardrobe, hair and makeup will be styled to suit your unique beauty.

3. FULLY GUIDED PHOTOSHOOT
On the day of your shoot, this will be a fully guided session where we will help you to pose and bring out your best expressions with a great variety of images to choose from. After a few minutes of learning some basic posing and being in front of the lens, you will feel gorgeous,

4. Viewing and Ordering
Three weeks following your session we will book your in person viewing where you will see the best images from your experience and make decisions about ordering printed and digital products. This can be a zoom session on request.

Studio / BOUDOIR OPTIONS

The portrait photography studio is private and the perfect place to try something new. I use a combination of interesting concepts, good poses, natural light and strobes to shape the light to bring out your assets and hide your flaws. We can brainstorm different backgrounds together, the possibilities are endless.
